Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so we established the following cancellation policy to ensure all all appointments are utilized and everyone's time is respected.
At the time of booking your event you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your event fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event this must be done at least 48 hours prior to your event time.
If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your event time your deposit will either be refunded or put towards your new event date.
If you provide less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation your deposit will be kept as cancellation fee.
